# Antes de configurar Webchat

> Conoce las opciones para compartir o instalar el Webchat de Visito.

Puedes utilizar Webchat de dos formas:

* Compartir una URL pública para abrir el agente directamente.
* Instalar el widget en el sitio web del hotel.

Antes de publicarlo, configura su apariencia, preguntas iniciales, campos previos al chat y propiedades. Prueba el flujo en móvil y escritorio.
