# Test your agent

> A quick checklist to help you test your AI agent’s responses for clarity, accuracy, and usefulness.

### **Make sure the responses are accurate**

1. Go to the **Explore** tab.
2. Ask a question as if you were a customer.
3. Check that the response is clear and helpful.

After making changes, always click **Reset Conversation** (top right corner) to refresh the AI with the latest information.
