Businesses and reporting - Visito Documentation

All paths below are relative to /m2m/v1. Send Authorization: Bearer <key>. Tenant identity comes from the key.

Businesses

GET /properties and GET /properties/{propertyId} require properties:read. IDs identify Visito businesses/operating units, not external provider property IDs. Responses use the existing business view, including name, type, status, timezone, and default flag. This release is read-only.

Reporting

GET /reporting/summary requires reporting:read. It returns the existing messaging summary with metrics, daily series, and channel totals.

GET /m2m/v1/reporting/summary?range=custom&start=2026-09-01&end=2026-09-21

Presets: last_7d (default), last_30d, this_month, last_month, and custom. Custom dates are inclusive in the tenant timezone, with a maximum range of 366 days. The response includes the resolved UTC boundaries and timezone. Aggregates do not expose guest content or contact details.
