For existing users (inviting someone):

  1. Log in: Visito Login
  2. Click your company name (top right corner)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Enter the new user’s email under Invite member
  5. Choose access level:
    • Admin = Full access
    • User = Can view & reply to messages
  6. Click Invite

For invited users:

  1. Check your inbox for a Visito email (from no-reply)
  2. Click Accept Invitation
  3. Set a password and log in

If you’re invited to multiple Visito accounts, accept each invitation to access all assigned teams.


Reset Your Password

Steps to Reset

  1. Log in: Visito Login
  2. Click on “Forgot Password – Click Here”
  3. Enter the email you used to create your Visito account
  4. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@visito.ai
  5. Open the email and click the “Recover your password” button
  6. On the new page, enter and confirm your new password — and you’re done!
