Step-by-step instructions for managing users in Visito, including how to invite team members and accept invitations.
For existing users (inviting someone):
- Log in: Visito Login
- Click your company name (top right corner)
- Go to Settings
- Enter the new user’s email under Invite member
- Choose access level:
- Admin = Full access
- User = Can view & reply to messages
- Click Invite
For invited users:
- Check your inbox for a Visito email (from no-reply)
- Click Accept Invitation
- Set a password and log in
If you’re invited to multiple Visito accounts, accept each invitation to access all assigned teams.
Reset Your Password
Steps to Reset
- Log in: Visito Login
- Click on “Forgot Password – Click Here”
- Enter the email you used to create your Visito account
- Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@visito.ai
- Open the email and click the “Recover your password” button
- On the new page, enter and confirm your new password — and you’re done!
