Before you begin
Have these ready:- Your business’s public website URL
- The business name and a short description of what it offers
- The main jobs you want the agent to perform
- Several real customer questions for testing
1. Create the account from your website
From the sign-in screen, select Create account. Enter the public website and continue to the account step. Review the website shown on the account step. Use Edit website if it is wrong, then create the operator account with email and password or Continue with Google. Use a shared operational address only if your team has an approved ownership and password-management process.2. Review the business profile
Visito reads the website homepage and proposes a business name and description. Review and edit both fields before continuing. The description should explain what the business offers in plain language; it is not a replacement for the full Knowledge Base. If Visito cannot read the homepage, enter the details manually. You can correct the website and select Analyze again.3. Choose what the agent will do
Select one or more initial use cases:- Customer support
- Sales and leads
- Bookings and appointments
- Product or service recommendations
4. Complete the setup checklist
After creation, select Set up your agent. The dedicated setup page tracks five tasks:- Add and review Knowledge Base sources.
- Configure voice and tone.
- Test real questions in Playground.
- Connect a customer channel.
- Invite the team members who will operate the workspace.
Initial setup reads only the website homepage to prepare the business profile. It does not automatically add the entire website to the Knowledge Base. Add the website from Agent → Knowledge Base when you want Visito to crawl and use its pages for answers.

Verify knowledge, behavior, handoffs, integrations, and message delivery before enabling customer traffic.
