Connect Guesty to Visito
Before You Start
- You need access to your Guesty account and the Visito dashboard.
- You need a fresh Guesty integration token from your Guesty Marketplace tile.
Steps to Connect
- Log in to your Visito dashboard: https://app.visitoai.com
- Go to Integrations.
- In Guesty, click Connect.
- In Guesty, open your Visito app tile and click Connect to generate an integration token.
- Copy the integration token and paste it in Visito.
- (Optional) Add your Guesty booking widget ID (the booking subdomain) if your setup requires booking deep links.
- Example booking URL:
https://visito-partner.guestybookings.com/properties/65fb123abc?checkIn=2026-05-17&checkOut=2026-05-18 - In this example, the widget ID is visito-partner.
- Example booking URL:
- Click Continue and wait for the connection to complete.
- Confirm the integration status on the Integrations Page.
Important Notes
- Guesty integration tokens are one-time use.
- Tokens expire quickly if unused. If connection fails, generate a new token and retry.
- After connecting, Visito securely stores Guesty credentials and handles token refresh in the background.
Troubleshooting
- “Integration token is required”: Make sure you pasted a non-empty token.
- “Authentication failed”: Token may be invalid, expired, or already used. Generate a new token in Guesty.
