Connect Guesty to Visito

Before You Start

  1. You need access to your Guesty account and the Visito dashboard.
  2. You need a fresh Guesty integration token from your Guesty Marketplace tile.

Steps to Connect

  1. Log in to your Visito dashboard: https://app.visitoai.com
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. In Guesty, click Connect.
  4. In Guesty, open your Visito app tile and click Connect to generate an integration token.
  5. Copy the integration token and paste it in Visito.
  6. (Optional) Add your Guesty booking widget ID (the booking subdomain) if your setup requires booking deep links.
    • Example booking URL: https://visito-partner.guestybookings.com/properties/65fb123abc?checkIn=2026-05-17&checkOut=2026-05-18
    • In this example, the widget ID is visito-partner.
  7. Click Continue and wait for the connection to complete.
  8. Confirm the integration status on the Integrations Page.

Important Notes

  • Guesty integration tokens are one-time use.
  • Tokens expire quickly if unused. If connection fails, generate a new token and retry.
  • After connecting, Visito securely stores Guesty credentials and handles token refresh in the background.

Troubleshooting

  • “Integration token is required”: Make sure you pasted a non-empty token.
  • “Authentication failed”: Token may be invalid, expired, or already used. Generate a new token in Guesty.
