These are the requirements for you to connect your instagram account

These requirements are set by Meta and must be met for Visito to receive Instagram messages.

Before connecting Instagram

Meta requires full admin access to grant messaging permissions so make sure you have an admin role in the instagram account.
Make sure you can log in to the Instagram Professional Account using its username and password
