Step-by-Step Guide
Before you begin, please ensure the following:
- You have a Facebook account and can sign in.
- You are using the WhatsApp Business App (v2.24.17 or higher)
- Your phone number is active on your device
- You can receive messages on your WhatsApp Business App
- You are logged in to your Visito dashboard

Start the WhatsApp connection
Navigate to the Connect tab in your Visito dashboard and select WhatsApp → Connect.Open the Connect Page

Log in to your Facebook account and create or select a Business Portfolio

Select 'Connect your existing WhatsApp Business App' and enter your phone number

Scan the QR code from the WhatsApp Business App
You will receive a message inside your WhatsApp Business App with a button labeled Scan QR.
Tap it, and then scan the QR code displayed on the Visito setup screen using your phone’s camera.

Choose whether to sync your message history
WhatsApp will ask if you’d like to share your existing chat history with Visito.
Select the option that fits your preference.
If you choose yes, Visito will import your past messages so you can keep everything in one place.

Finish setup in Visito
After scanning the QR code and confirming your settings, return to the Visito setup window.
Click Finish to complete the connection.
Your number is now connected and ready to use with Visito.
