There are two ways to connect WhatsApp to Visito. Both options provide the same functionality within Visito dashboard and API.
Not sure which option to choose?
Use your existing WhatsApp Business App number if your customers already contact you there.
Choose a new number if you want a cleaner and fully automated setup without relying on the WhatsApp app.

WhatsApp Business App number

Connect an existing WhatsApp Business App account and number that is already in use.

New WhatsApp number

Connect a brand-new WhatsApp number that’s not currently linked to any WhatsApp account.
