Bubble action
In Bubble action, choose what happens when a user clicks the bubble:- Website chat: opens the embedded Visito web chat.
- WhatsApp: opens
https://wa.me/<number>for the selected connected WhatsApp number.
Bubble color
Use Bubble color to set the color of the embedded bubble.- Default color:
#007A61 - Applies to all websites using the same Web Chat API key
Save changes
Click Save at the bottom of the configuration section to apply all updates at once:- bubble action target
- selected WhatsApp number (if applicable)
- bubble color
Verify on your website
- Open your site where the embed script is installed.
- Refresh the page.
- Click the bubble and confirm it opens Website chat or redirects to the selected WhatsApp number.
